They were able to come check it out next morning to see the issue, which is amazing to do so quickly on a holiday weekend. Sadly I needed to get a whole new unit. I got it installed by Central on Monday, and I cannot be happier with the work they did! Installed and now my house is cool again. Their drivers drive the Sprinters like they are sports cars. There were 2 Sprinters on rt 55 that were going over 90mph and they were cutting up traffic like they are in a small sedan. One of them cut in front of me and slammed his breaks cuz he was going over 85 and traffic was moving at 70mph. One of the number plates I got was (ZWX-2287) took place of 4/16 around 7:10pm Reply: since you say there was no vehicle in the area at that time. I attached the video I took when I caught up to one of them when they slowed down. You can look at the signs. Also I dont want to leave the 1 start up. No problems, and no cost, as I pay a small monthly fee for regular heat and a/c checkups, and, if repairs needed, would receive a discount. Sean was fantastic. He explained everything as he did it, which was very interesting and informative. He was friendly, professional and very kind, as he secured a lot of insulated covering on the ducts that had cone down! I highly recommend Central for your heating and A/C needs! I completed two major projects with Central Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, and could not be happier. The first was a replacement of my Air Conditioning unit, and the second was the replacement of my Heating system including removing my old oil tank. Both projects were completed with extreme professionalism, from the initial estimating through installation. Both crews worked expediently, answered my questions along the way so I could learn, and assured the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Highly recommend.
